No. Since we supply fresh and perishable produce, returns and exchanges are not allowed except when the items are delivered to you damaged or spoiled

Please check your order immediately at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or spoilage, report it to our delivery partner before accepting the delivery.

Yes. To process your claim, we require your Order ID along with photos or videos clearly showing the damaged or spoiled items and their packaging.

Once you sign off as having received the order in good condition, the order is considered accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims raised after delivery confirmation.

No. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot allow product exchanges (e.g., swapping one vegetable for another).
