Because we supply fresh, perishable produce, returns or exchanges are generally not allowed. Returns are accepted only when items are delivered to you damaged or spoiled. To ensure fairness and freshness:

  • Inspect on delivery: Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage or spoilage, report it before accepting the delivery. Once you sign off on the delivery as received in good condition, the order is considered accepted.
  • Evidence required: Your claim should include the Order ID and photos or videos showing the damaged/spoiled items and packaging. This helps us verify the problem.
  • Invalid claims: We cannot accept claims after you have signed for the delivery. Also, we do not accept returns or exchanges of unsold, opened, or unused products – only items actually delivered and reported damaged or spoiled qualify.
  • Refund or replacement: If we confirm the damage/spoilage, we will at our discretion offer a refund or send replacement items for the affected goods. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.

Please note: Because of hygiene and safety standards, we cannot exchange products for other types (swapping one item for a different one). We also do not process refunds for items that were accepted in good condition.

These steps ensure that we handle valid quality issues quickly while keeping our produce safe and fresh for all customers.
